I have a Cluster with a bent hub, so the blades will not turn freely enough for the fan to function. Currently I am using the blade from an Everest to run the Cluster. Two functional fans, sharing a blade.

How would I get just a batwing blade so both can function at the same time?

Technically, our USA office could send you just some blades, but likely they would replace the complete fan.
